Rental Information

There are a lot of great reasons to rent with us here at The Willows. Read below to see what some of our best benefits of being a vendor are.


*There is no long term contract. It's a month to month basis. So, you can stay as long as you like!

*You don't have to be here to sell your items! We rent you the space: then you set it up as your own unique store front and we sell it for you!

*We offer an optional weekly e-mail of sales reports. This means you can check your inventory and current sales total -- right from the comfort of your own home!

*You pay your rent, and we mail you a check for the items you sold that month!


We have a few different size options available:

Large Barn: 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor booths: 10' x 14'

Large Barn: 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor center aisles: 4' x 8'

Small Barn booths: 12' x 12' (these include electricity and windows)

Small Barn center aisle: 3' x 8'


We also provide tables for you if you need them!
